Magenta – Passion and Compassion

Magenta is defined as illustrating both passion and compassion. Passion is an intense desire or enthusiasm for something while compassion is sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others. The suffering and death of our Lord Jesus are called the Passion of Christ.  But there has never been, nor ever will there be a greater act of compassion.   I see this intriguing combination in 21st century women of faith – zealously caring, fearlessly kind.  I think magenta is the perfect color to represent Christ in us,  the power of US.  More on this many-sided color coming soon-
